STUDENT ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

The goal of the Athlete and Youth Development branch of Crooms Collective, LLC is to provide guidance and support for youth athletes to position themselves for success in and out of sports.

Our mission is to build and assist youth, student athletes and professional athletes in navigating life through academic, social, athletics, and spiritual development.

PROGRRM OVERVIEW

Our comprehensive program is a 9-week program designed to include each of the 3 segments provided below.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Length: 3 Weeks

Course Objectives:

  • Week 1: The Importance of Educational Development

  • Week 2: The Value of Critical Thinking

  • Week 3:  College Readiness

PERSONAL  DEVELOPMENT

Length: 3 Weeks

Course Objectives:

  • Week 4: Identifying and Understanding Values

  • Week 5: Socio-Emotional Intelligence

  • Week 6:  Problem Solving

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Length: 3 Weeks

Course Objectives:

  • Week 7:  Foundation of Personal Fitness and Nutrition

  • Week 8: Fundamental Sports Performance Training Tips and Nutrition

  • Week 9:  Program Closeout
